Geography departments all over the world will celebrate GIS Day on November 15th. The UC Department of Geography and GIS is proud to partner with UC Libraries in hosting two distinguished speakers. Join us for lunch, networking, and celebrating spatial data!

The Geography and GIS Department partnered with UC Libraries and the Red Cross to host a Mapathon over the weekend. We mapped structures in Myanmar in order to assist international aid organizations better respond to natural disasters. Thanks to all who participated!
