Our first staff member of the month is Mr. G!!! 🏆Mr. Gueye has quickly and effortlessly found his place at Midway! It has been wonderful to see how excited our students are to attend PE and how strongly they have connected with him. ⚽️ Mr. Gueye creates an environment centered on respect, positive relationships, fun, and inclusion. He is incredibly patient with students and makes sure every child feels welcomed, encouraged, and successful regardless of their athletic ability.🏅He recognizes students who are genuinely trying and provides immediate, positive feedback that motivates them to keep going. His focus on keeping students active while making learning fun has created a PE experience our students truly enjoy. Mr. Gueye’s kind spirit, commitment to building genuine relationships, and ability to make every student feel included make him a fantastic addition to the Midway family! 🌟

Congratulations, Mr. G! We are so happy to have you at Midway!!! 💙
