Dallas' Dak Prescott expected to miss several weeks, including Week 2 against Bengals Cowboys starting quarterback Dak Prescott left Sunday night's game during the fourth quarter with an injury to his throwing hand.

Hi my name is Nick Forrest from Butler County, and thought you might be interested in this hog event that is going on down here with some of the Butler County Fair pigs and ACF of Cincinnati.

American Culinary Federation of Cincinnati heard that the kids were only getting $.13 per pound for their pigs this year , so they came up with a unique opportunity for fair kids, Chefs, Culinary Schools, and Food Banks.

They offered to purchase 13 pigs at $.25 cents per pound , then have those pigs harvested, pick up whole carcasses and then delivered to 5 Culinary School around the Cincinnati area. In turn these Culinary Chefs and Instructors will educate their students on carcass break down into primal then into retail cuts. Students will take all cuts and develop recipes ,cook and package the dishes to deliver to the local free store or food banks

The great part about this story is, it took alot of people to step up to get this event going.

Camden Locker ( owners ,Micheal Truster and his wife and their employees)- not only did they make slots available for these 13 hogs they donated the kill and chill fee back to the kids
