The HEAL Project (Healthy Eating & Active Living) is creating space for expecting mothers to learn, connect, and prioritize heart health through culinary nutrition education and community care.

Participants will:
• Learn practical nutrition and wellness strategies
• Explore healthy eating habits during pregnancy
• Support research focused on improving maternal cardiovascular and birth outcomes
• Receive compensation for participation

If you are:
✔️ Pregnant in your 1st or 2nd trimester
✔️ 18+ and living in Hamilton County
✔️ Receiving care through UC Health or have CareSource
