I would like to personally welcome you to our community. My name is LaShanda Tatum. I grew up in Cincinnati, OH and I love helping people. It is my goal to ensure that people around me leave feeling better.

Becoming H.E.R.R. Is another outlet for me to show love, support and encouragement to young ladies. Oftentimes we think that people automatically feel loved. That is not always true.

However, with the love of God in my heart, I want everyone to know that I love them and most of all God loves them.
