We celebrated our end of year fundraiser with a Bike -A- Thon! Our students impressed us with how fast they were on their bikes and scooters from station to station!! We are so grateful to be a part of such a generous community who not only donated and raised money, but also volunteers their time to make these events so special for our students!

Teacher Appreciation Week has been filled with so much kindness and generosity from our families — we are beyond grateful! 💛🌸

We are incredibly thankful for our amazing staff and their hearts for Early Childhood Education. Their love, dedication, and passion make such a difference every single day.

February has been full of sweet treats! 👩🏽‍🍳Chef Gigi from BLOC Coffee Company☕️visited us and helped us make some delicious Valentines Day treats 🍪 our students enjoyed Valentines Day parties 💕, and we had the best days enjoying our time with loved ones at our Dad’s ‘n Donuts!🍩 We are so grateful for our local partnerships and school community! 💛🌱

January was our Travel Around The World theme! Our students learned about different countries, different forms of transportation for travel, explored globes and where we are on the Earth, and learned about different cultural traditions. Mrs Hiwot & Mrs Beteleham created an interactive lesson about Ethiopia for our students where they read The Runaway Injera, tried an Ethiopian meal (including injera), explored on the map where Ethiopia is, learned about traditional Ethiopian dress, and then learned Jesus Loves Me in Amharic. In February Mrs Allison visited us to teach us all about the Chinese Lunar New Year! Students read Dragon Dance, tried Chinese candies, performed their own Dragon Parade with dragon puppets, felt a traditional Chinese silk gown, and learned how to greet one another in Chinese! We are so grateful for our families and their partnership!
