Things we’re ghosting this October (because old approaches to music lessons can be a bit SCARY!) 👻
1: Waiting for the “perfect” time to start. There’s no magic age, grade, or season to begin making music. And you don’t have to feel 100% ready. Just START!
2: Pressure to pick the “right” instrument. Piano, guitar, voice, drums…not sure yet? That’s okay! Part of the fun is discovering what you love. (And with a studio full of multi-talented teachers, you’re free to change your mind!)
3: Believing in the “natural talent” myth. Musicians aren’t just born. They grow through curiosity, practice, encouragement, and a great teacher in their corner. YOU are a musician!
4: Thinking practice has to be perfect. Some days are full of breakthroughs. Others are just a few minutes of trying to figure things out. Both count!
5: Making music lessons feel like a chore. Music should be something you look forward to, not just another thing on the to-do list. Let’s PLAY!
🪓 We’re axing the pressure and making more room for fun. Now THAT sounds like a treat! 🍬
