The Delta Tau Delta experience cultivates leadership. Over 70 members of Gamma Xi have been inducted into Sigma Sigma, and over 50 have been tapped by Omicron Delta Kappa. Gamma Xi brothers have served as Student Body Presidents, Interfraternity Council Presidents, and Class Presidents. Our brotherhood has held leadership positions in athletics, scholarship and a wide range of service initiatives.

BROTHER SPOTLIGHT: Gerald Elfers
Gerald rushed Delt in Fall ‘23. Since then, he has served as our community service chair, and has been a member of the philanthropy committee, brotherhood committee, and social committee. Recently, Gerald organized our Delt Impact Week, which was our biggest community service event. We’re honored to have such a caring and generous Brother in our chapter.

Gerald, on his time in Delt:
“Delt has changed my life in more ways than I ever expected. Coming into college, joining a fraternity wasn’t even on my radar, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. What started as something new turned into one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience.
While there have been countless fun moments along the way, nothing compares to the relationships I’ve built here. The people in this chapter have become more than just friends, but a family I can always count on.
Some of my favorite memories aren’t the big events, but the small, everyday moments such as playing cards, watching movies, or just hanging out together. Those are the times that really stick with me.
Being part of something bigger than myself has also meant a lot. Seeing everyone come together for community service and rally behind causes I care about has been incredibly meaningful. It’s shown me the kind of impact a group like this can have.
I’m grateful for everything Delt has given me and for the people who’ve made it such an unforgettable experience. ”
