Nature is in full bloom on our playground and in our classrooms this spring!

Mama Duck update…she is still sitting pretty on her nest. Last egg count has us at 10!! So, to help keep her safe and not too stressed our teachers are using other outdoor spaces for gross motor play!

Another school day with cool trucks working to keep our building going…today the children watched how the Duke Energy bucket truck reaches the high power lines!

It’s not every school day you get to be up close with a giant crane but when you do, you know we will take all the chances we can to see how it’s working!

Nature has decided to take over our playground this spring…as of Thursday, Mama duck had laid 4 eggs and today she is snug as can be over top of them!
