Financial goals come with a level of action that is similar to fitness goals. Eating bad vs. good is the same as spending vs. saving. Losing weight takes time just like paying down debt. Getting a trainer is like getting a financial coach. Both journeys can feel lonely, repetitive, and you may fall off.
