In May, Xavier Leadership Center was busy doing what we do best, developing leaders across our Corporate University programs and private client programs. The energy in our spaces this month was unmatched.

We’re also thrilled to share that the XLC Leadership Summit is officially on the calendar for November 4, 2026. Stay tuned for details, you won’t want to miss this one.

Looking ahead to June: we’re closing out our Spring 2026 Corporate University schedule AND launching our first-ever half-day summer sessions. The series kicks off with Leveraging Critical Thinking with AI on June 23, a timely, practical session for leaders navigating today’s evolving landscape.

XLC’s AI Summer Series: Leadership in the Age of AI Certificate starts June 23rd, and registration is still open!

Here’s what makes this one different: it’s flexible. You can sign up for just one session, a few, or all four to earn the full certificate. Every session is a half-day (8:30–11:30 AM), so you’re not giving up a full workday.

The women of Michelman showed up and did the work in Session 3 of their Women's Empowerment series with Xavier Leadership Center. Facilitated by Amy Reddy, the room tackled two of the most important leadership skills: navigating difficult conversations and leading through change.

Real tools for real moments. This is what professional development looks like in practice.

We're almost there! Session 9 of the Women's Business Leadership Certificate is complete!

This week's session, facilitated by Pam Viscione, tackled the topic of Managing Change, exploring how organizations navigate planned and unplanned change, and equipping participants with real tools to lead through it all.

Just one session left for this incredible cohort. We couldn't be more proud of these women and the work they've put in! Stay tuned for the big finish.

What a fantastic Train-the-Trainer program!

Facilitated by the talented Mike Lair, our latest cohort came together to build real facilitation skills and left with so much more than techniques. They left with connections.

We had a great time partnering with BRG Apartments for a private Sales & Timing Training program!

Facilitated by Karen Eutsler, the session gave the BRG team practical, actionable strategies around sales timing, client connection, and performance, all tailored specifically to their needs and goals.
