Our hands on approach to learning and leadning helps develop managers who can inspire, engage and empower others to make a difference in their organizations. The 2000s brought a new century and a new home for Xavier Leadership Center.

In 2000, the Leadership Center moved into Xavier University’s newly opened Cintas Center, beginning a new era of growth, connection, and impact.

Throughout the decade, our work continued to evolve. From professional development programs to consulting, customized training and partnerships with organizations like Kroger, we continued finding new ways to develop people and strengthen organizations.

The technology, programs, and even our name may look a little different today, but the mission behind the work remains the same.

As we celebrate 60 years of Xavier Leadership Center, we’re looking back at the people, programs and moments that helped shape who we are today.

Five generations. One workplace. Countless ways to lead better.

Generational differences can shape how employees communicate, collaborate, approach their work and define success. Great leaders know how to recognize those differences without relying on stereotypes.

That’s the focus of Leading Across Generations, a new Xavier Leadership Center program facilitated by John McCarthy.

Participants will explore how to adapt their leadership approach, strengthen communication and create an environment where employees across generations can contribute, grow and succeed together.
