It comes from your maternal lineage of unbelievably strong women. It’s in your DNA. It’s all there for YOU in this incredible moment. Tap in, dig deep, give it all you’ve got, and push that beautiful baby into your own hands! You can do it!! Millions and millions of mothers are rooting for YOU!

Today I saw the stars: a microcosm of the macrocosm. As above, so below. I peered into a birthing pool and witnessed strength and courage that came from deep within a first-time mama. Outstanding work, mama. You should be PROUD! And welcome home, little one 🫶 Love and wonders abound 🥹✨🌛

Between working on some continuing education for my massage practice, a post-partum visit for a magical birth I attended last week, and teaching a Hypnobabies class yesterday I learned that I’m being considered for Cincy Magazine’s Best of the East in the category of Massage Therapy! Holy Cow 🤩

Massage sessions today with my new “assistant” from Mythic Medicinals. I got this oil last week and used it for the first time on Monday…holy cow!! It banishes tension and makes muscles forget their need for guarding. You can bet I’ll be making some massage butter out of this QUEEN OIL 🤩
