It comes from your maternal lineage of unbelievably strong women. It’s in your DNA. It’s all there for YOU in this incredible moment. Today I saw the stars: a microcosm of the macrocosm. As above, so below. I peered into a birthing pool and witnessed strength and courage that came from deep within a first-time mama. Outstanding work, mama. You should be PROUD! And welcome home, little one 🫶 Love and wonders abound 🥹✨🌛

Between working on some continuing education for my massage practice, a post-partum visit for a magical birth I attended last week, and teaching a Hypnobabies class yesterday I learned that I’m being considered for Cincy Magazine’s Best of the East in the category of Massage Therapy! Holy Cow 🤩
