Our Wolf Pack and Five Stars have been absolutely crushing it! These third graders put their heads together to solve challenging math problems using awesome teamwork strategies. Watching them collaborate, share ideas, and support each other through tricky problems has been so inspiring! They're learning that sometimes the best solutions come when we work together. 💡🤝

🎉🏆 HUGE congratulations to our Second Graders for earning the Attendance Award last week! 🏆🎉 To celebrate, we surprised them with a pop-up dance party during lunch, and wow, did they bring the energy! The music was pumping, the moves were amazing, and the smiles were contagious! The fun was so incredible that we just had to keep the party going right into recess. Nothing beats seeing our students celebrate their hard work with pure joy!

Keep up the fantastic work, Second Grade! Let's see who takes home the award next week! 💪✨

🎉 Last week, PRE staff celebrated Ms. Weather's birthday with an underground spirit week that had our students both excited AND confused! One day was ALL JEANS (yes, even the shirts!), another we went full secret agent mode, and we wrapped it up rocking our best Disney gear! The looks on our kids' faces trying to figure out what was going on were absolutely priceless. Happy Birthday, Ms. Weather! You're worth every confused question and curious stare. 💙

We absolutely LOVE when our Dean of Students, Ms. Clay, visits our classrooms! She stopped by to chat with each grade level at the beginning of the year about what it looks and sounds like to be a PRE Knight.

From showing respect and kindness to working hard and helping others, our Knights know what it means to represent Pleasant Run Elementary with pride! Thank you, Ms. Clay, for inspiring our students to be their best selves every single day.

Mrs. Sherman's Humming Crew had a buzz-worthy math time! Her second graders worked hard in teams to investigate how addition and subtraction are related. Like how 3 + 4 = 7 relates to 7 - 4 = 3! Keep up the great work, Humming Crew! 📐✨
