Mel Roberson shared a powerful lesson with me. I would love to share with you what I have learned and experienced throughout my journey as an entrepreneur.

🔥Desire
What do you desire to have?

🔥Deserve
Do you truly believe you're worthy of your desires?

🔥Discipline
Are you doing the activities you've been avoiding?

As a small business owner, your discipline must match your desires. When you're willing to do the work consistently, you give yourself the opportunity to achieve the life and business you deserve.

Discipline today creates the results you desire tomorrow

How did First Mile Transportation generate over $41,000 in monthly revenue❓

Staying consistent and executing the right strategy can position your courier business to earn $10,000 per week.

Education, experience, partnerships, and systems are the foundation for building a successful six-figure business. First Mile Transportation has grown into a six-figure company, but our greatest accomplishment is helping other small business owners create additional income through their own transportation business.

I would like to introduce you to Mr. Curtis. Mr. Curtis and I formed a business partnership in October 2025. Together, we generated more than $94,000 in revenue within a three month time span from November 2025 through January 2026.

Fast forward to June 2026, and we reached another major milestone by generating more than $41,000 in a single month.

I share this success story because every business owner needs these four key ingredients for growth:

1. Education — School, training, and mentorship.

2. Experience — Real-world work and business experience.

3. Partnerships — Building strong business relationships.

4. Systems — A proven strategy and business game plan.

Success doesn't happen by accident. It happens through consistent ex*****on, continuous learning, and surrounding yourself with the right people.

All Roads Lead To Houston ‼️.

The culture is real, the atmosphere is electrifying, and the energy is unmatched.

I'm super excited as Darnell Self and the entire The Real Team NuVision family prepare to host this year's TNV Conference during Team NuVision Financial Independence Weekend. I look forward to seeing how our teams will connect and enjoy the EnterTRAINment‼️

We met at Hamilton County Small Business Day in Hamilton County, Ohio . Rob Hurst and I networked and we had a discussion about business opportunities. Fast forward 13 months later, we both earned a all-expenses-paid trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. We had a phenomenal experience ‼️

Networking, building relationships, and collaborating with other small business owners can open doors to new opportunities. I highly encourage everyone to make networking a priority in 2026.
