It's another exciting day at St. James! The crane is here to lift more condensers onto the roof. We are getting closer to having the entire building air conditioned for our students' return in August!

Congratulations to recent St. James graduates Payton Mertz and Annie Murphy who were awarded scholarships from the Aubrey Rose Foundation. Both were honored last night.
To honor Aubrey and celebrate the qualities that truly make a difference in the world, the Aubrey Rose Foundation gives away private high school scholarships to 8th grade children who have demonstrated kindness and willingness to give back to their community.

During the last week of school, the Enrichment Reading classes took a field trip to the Lane Public Library in Fairfield! Students got a tour of the library, heard about their summer reading program, listened to some book talks, and then got to make a bookmark craft! They picnicked in the park and read books! It was a great day!

Thursday, June 4 6:30-7:30 p.m.
The PTO invites you to participate in the Uniform Exchange TONIGHT!
Drop off what your kids have outgrown - uniform skirts/jumpers, uniform sweatshirts, etc.
Grab the next size up.
For new families to St. James, this is a FREE service offered by our PTO. You might be able to find an extra uniform sweatshirt or jumper as a back-up to use. Often times, the gently used uniforms are still in great condition.
Lost and Found items from the past school year will be on a table for a last look before items are donated.
The PTO Spirit Shop will be open too!
Come to the main office doors to enter the building.

It's the first week of summer! Maybe you will enjoy a trip to the Cincinnati Zoo like our 7th grade did last month.
