Miss Stephanie’s Playhouse

Thank you to every family who came out to our Parents’ Night Out and, even more importantly, thank you for continuing to bring your kiddos back to visit long after they’ve moved on from Miss Stephanie’s Playhouse.

I found myself looking around tonight remembering when this entire crew was just a bunch of tiny 2-year-olds running around together, learning to share, finding their voices, and discovering the world. Now they’re all growing into such incredible big kids, and it’s the biggest privilege to still be a small part of their lives.

This week has been especially emotional as we’ve said goodbye to some of my little ones heading off to preschool, so tonight was exactly what my heart needed.

Hearing all of the kids running around, laughing, and chanting “Best night ever!” while they bounced, played, and made memories absolutely melted me. I’m pretty sure I spent the whole evening with the cheesiest smile on my face. 🥹

Thank you for trusting me with your children, for supporting my little daycare family, and for reminding me why I love what I do so much. Once you’re part of Miss Stephanie’s Playhouse, you’ll always be one of my babies.

Today was one of those bittersweet days that reminds me just how special this job truly is.

Today was an emotional one at Miss Stephanie’s Playhouse as we said, “See you later, alligator!” to our sweet June Bug. 🐊💛

Once known as Baby June, she came through my door as a freshly one-year-old little girl who didn’t even walk yet, with the sweetest smile and a tiny voice that loved saying “hiii” to everyone. Over the last three years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of watching her grow into a funny, kind, confident, and loving little girl.

From first steps and first words to learning letters, making friendships, and becoming the amazing big sister she is today, every milestone has been such an honor to witness. She has filled our days with laughter, imagination, and so much love, and it’s hard to imagine our daycare without her.

As emotional as today was, my heart is also so full knowing she’s ready for her next big adventure… PRESCHOOL! I have no doubt she is going to soar and make everyone around her smile just like she has here.

June Bug, thank you for letting me be a small part of your story. I will miss spending my days with you more than words can say, but I know this isn’t goodbye, it’s simply, “See you later, alligator.” ❤️

We love you so much and can’t wait to hear all about the amazing things you accomplish. Go spread those wings, sweet girl!
