Please join us in congratulating Ms. Athena as the Teacher of the Month!

Ms. Athena joined our team as a Support teacher and it didn’t take long for us to see her dedication, creativity, and love for children. She soon transitioned into the role of Assistant Teacher in our Older Infant classroom, where she quickly became an important part of the team.

Since then, Ms. Athena has continued to shine in Fascination C. She does so many wonderful things with our little precious ones and brings warmth, creativity, and joy into the classroom every day.

Ms. Athena is also incredibly artistic and creative, and she brings that talent into her work with the children in so many special ways.

Big feelings are a big part of growing up. 💛

Frustration, excitement, disappointment, and everything in between give children opportunities to learn more about themselves and the world around them.

Sometimes, the best learning is a little messy. 🤲✨

Scooping, pouring, squishing, painting, and exploring different textures are more than just fun. Sensory play gives children opportunities to build fine motor skills, strengthen language, explore early math and science concepts, and practice creativity and problem-solving.

At The Gardner School, we love creating hands-on experiences that encourage children to explore, experiment, and make discoveries at their own pace. Because when little hands are busy exploring, growing minds are hard at work. 💛

We are so excited to announce that Ms. Vilma is our September Teacher of the Month! 🎉

Ms. Vilma is one of our wonderful Support Teachers, and she brings calmness, patience, and kindness to everything she does. Her colleagues consistently have wonderful things to say about her, and it’s easy to see why!

It grows through cozy storytimes, favorite books read again and again, pointing out pictures, asking questions, and letting little imaginations lead the way.

These everyday moments help children build vocabulary, strengthen listening skills, spark curiosity, and discover just how much wonder can be found inside a book. At The Gardner School, we love creating opportunities for children to explore stories, share ideas, and build a lifelong love of learning, one page at a time. ✨
