Community Guidelines
The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) social media accounts represent an extension of our association, our members, and the diverse perspectives within our community. We aim to leverage these platforms to create an authentic dialogue with our members, leadership, multifamily housing industry, and our community at large. To that end, we will be
working hard to ensure that we align our actions with that purpose. These Community Guidelines should not only help you understand how to act within the community but also help you understand what to expect from others in this space. If you post to one of our social media accounts, or otherwise respond or comment on one of our posts, you are agreeing to abide by these Community Guidelines, which apply in addition to the terms and conditions or other legal notices that are provided by us and/or the owner of the social media platform. To encourage an engaging, positive conversation, we ask that all users on our social media accounts treat each other with respect at all times. While users may disagree with an idea, comment or question, we prohibit any form of harassment, insults or threats, as well as comments that are inappropriate, offensive, profane, inflammatory, culturally, racially or socially insensitive, disruptive, harassing or defamatory. Please bear in mind that the comments and responses that you read on our accounts that are not posted by us come from members of the public. The content of these comments (including opinions and statements) posted do not necessarily reflect the views of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, the social media site or its owner, and are the responsibility of the individuals posting them. GCNKAA will not tolerate and reserves the right to delete – to the full extent that each respective social media platform allows – any post or comment that we believe violates these guidelines or that, in our sole discretion, we consider to be otherwise objectionable, disruptive, misleading, inappropriate, off-topic, threatening or that infringes on any intellectual property or any rights of others. Your posts and comments on our social media accounts will be public. Do not share or post any personal or sensitive information that you would not want to make public or generally available about yourself or others. Even if you delete a post, it may have already have been viewed by others and may still be available through search engines. We reserve the right to block anyone who repeatedly violates these community guidelines. Your comment, response, or other posting may also in our discretion be submitted to law enforcement if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to detect and prevent fraud or to protect the safety of the public or an individual.

You don’t need a massive team, corporate infrastructure, or an enterprise-sized budget to operate like the big guys. Grassroots Property Management pulls back the curtain on Smart Moves’ journey to building a scalable property management model by combining resourcefulness, technology, and a willingness to rethink “the way we’ve always done it.”
From virtual assistants and self-guided tours to automation, remote operations, and streamlined systems, this session shares the real-world tools, lessons learned, successes—and a few mistakes along the way. Attendees will get an inside look at the Smart Moves playbook and discover practical strategies they can adapt to compete, grow, and operate more efficiently without losing the personal touch that makes small operators unique. Sponsorship available as well.
