Price Hill Thanksgiving Day Parade
Get Ready to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Price Hill Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2026!
We are celebrating and honoring the 35th annivesary of the Price Hill Historical Society reving the parade in 1991 after the hiatus beginning in 1979. Since 1992, thousands of families have lined Glenway and Warsaw Avenue every Thanksgiving morning to watch their family, friends, and neighbors march in the Price Hill Thanksgiving Day Parade. With the former committee members retiring in 2022, a new committee has formed to make sure the parade will continue for another 30+ years.
The 2026 Price Hill Thanksgiving Day Parade is extra special this year as we commemorate the 35th Anniversary of the revival and America's 250th Birthday!
We are celebrating what the 1991 committee set out to do: to honor the past, present, and future of Price Hill.
In that regard, our committee would like to see the Price Hill Community come together and celebrate with us, including schools, school alumni, civic groups, local businesses, scout troops, non-profit organizations, sports teams, and anything else parade-appropriate that celebrates the Price Hill Community.
Let's Party and Celebrate Price Hill This Year!!!!

Whoβs Ready to help Celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the New Price Hill Thanksgiving Parade in 2026?
The Original Parade ran from 1929-1978 celebrating the Western Hills and Elder Football Game held on Thanksgiving Day. But since the last Elder vs Western Hills High School Game was held in 1978, the parade ended as well.
In 1991, The Price Hill Historical Society led by Debbie Horning along with the Price Hill Civic Club and East Price Hill Improvement Association helped revived the parade, the one that has been going on for the past 35 years, minus the 2020 covid year and the 2022 original committee resignation.
In 2026, We want to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the revival of the parade!
In 2029, weβll host a 100 year celebration honoring the first impromptu parade, and maybe we can organize a petition to get a special Western Hills High School and Elder football game played on Thanksgiving!!!
Joe Tallarigo, the current chairman of the parade, was 6 years old when the parade was revised in 1991!
Every Thanksgiving morning from 1991-1997, he and his family watched the parade from Radelβs Funeral Home on Glenway and Dewey.
