It is an interesting dynamic when one of your favorite things to do is the "annoying busywork" of someone else...

In my years of being a Sports and Program Director, the design of the flyer, the rosters, the parent packets... essentially the first impression of the league... was something I took great pride in and thrived in. In fact, even while I was in high school, I remember having my career path narrowed down to sports instruction or graphic design.

As my kids have gone through sports leagues, and I have seen others in action, I have noticed that first impression, that organization, that communication that I spent so much time on, is so much of a rarity that it is practically non-existent. Even more, the sports picture days that I grew up with, that parents looked forward to keeping the memories from, are few and far between what I remember seeing and ran.

As Ascend Sports, LLC looks to the new year, with basketball seasons getting ready to start up, baseball and softball season around the corner, soccer taking place indoors and outdoors, football, volleyball, we have some questions for you...
