The third annual Jim Dickerson Finneytown Alumni Golf Scramble is Friday, September 25 at Glenview Golf Course, noon sh***un start. If you were with us last year, you know how it goes. You show up to play 18 holes and you leave having caught up with Wildcats from across generations.

More than half the field is already booked and it fills faster than you'd think. You don't have to be a Finneytown grad to play, so grab your foursome and register now.

Not a golfer? We need volunteers and sponsors too. Every dollar goes to the Legacy Projects, the Competition Gym and the PAC, so the kids at Finneytown now get what we had. This year every gift is matched dollar for dollar.

One night a year, a couple hundred people who were built by Finneytown end up in the same room. That's the Legacy Celebration. Saturday, September 26 at The Grove, 5 to 9 PM. Catered dinner, cash bar, and the best crowd Finneytown puts together all year.

We're inducting the 2026 Hall of Fame class:
Darryn Chenault, Class of 1991
Dr. Mary Lynne Dittmar, Class of 1975
Steve Immelt, Class of 1970
The 1976 State Champion Soccer Team

We'll also show you where the Competition Gym and PAC renovations stand and what's next. Tickets are $35 and every dollar given this year is matched dollar for dollar.

Rod Serling — the creator of The Twilight Zone — lived on Long Lane in Finneytown in the early 1950s.

He wrote some of his earliest scripts right here in northwest Cincinnati, before 'The Twilight Zone' became one of the most iconic TV shows in history.
