What started as a passion project has grown into four thriving locations:

CCDC Family Childcare House – Westwood: Serving up to 12 children, open 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet families’ needs around the clock.

CCDC Learning Center – Hartwell: Open 6:30 AM to 6 PM, caring for up to 50 children with a focus on early learning and school readiness.

Complete Care Development Center – Colerain: Open 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday, offering quality care for infants through preschoolers.

CCDC School Age Only – Colerain: Serving up to 19 children with after-school and school-age care tailored to older kids.

The most rewarding part of our work is watching children grow, learn, and reach important developmental milestones. We love when parents notice the new things their children have learned at school — it’s a reminder that our work truly matters. It’s also deeply meaningful when families invite us to birthdays and special events outside of childcare hours, showing the lasting relationships we build together.

We are thankful to be able to provide employment opportunities with benefits for dedicated childcare professionals, helping them grow while serving families.

Outside of work, I personally enjoy painting — and all of my artwork is proudly displayed at our Family Childcare House, adding a personal and creative touch to the environment we’ve built for children.

At CCDC, our mission remains simple but powerful: to create safe, loving spaces where children thrive, parents feel supported, and staff are empowered to make a difference.

Teddy Bear Day!! Sorry if you missed out but don’t fret we have so much more in store for our CCDC Family’s!
Yesterday was Teddy Bear Day, we had the children bring in their favorite Teddy ! We talked about how our special Teddy makes us feel and we talked about the importance of having a support toy when we’re feeling uneasy about something. We crafted Teddys, colored Teddys and our center even had a Stuff a Teddy with Bella event later that night!
Wet had a ball! The children got to personalize their own teddy, dino, piggy, doggy you name it Stuff a Bear with Bella had it! They got to stuff them with love added a heart and their own cutesy outfit!
