Check this out! McNick Alum, Scott Strosnider ‘89, catches his son Sawyers first pro homerun!

It’s just like playing catch in the backyard … except a couple hundred feet apart. Brewers No. 17 prospect Sawyer Strosnider connected on his first career homer with High-A Wisconsin on Wednesday and had a special person on the other end of the milestone dinger: his father, Scott.

The Rocket football season kicks off THIS FRIDAY as the Rockets play the Turpin Spartans.

Come out for an Alumni Tailgate and reconnect with former teammates, classmates, and fellow Rocket alumni while supporting the Rockets!

The tailgate takes place in front of the Aux Gym from 5-7 pm.

Refreshments & snacks provided

All football, cheer, band and color guard alumni will receive a wristband for game admission.

Update: The girls game is in a thunder/lightning delay. The weather had different plans for Alumni Day. We will try again soon!

The McNicholas Military Memorial Committee will host its annual memorial service at McNicholas High School on Monday, May 25.

The Legion Drill Team from the American Legion Post 484 will be in attendance for a short ceremony that includes a prayer, rifle salute and the playing of "Taps."

The event is open to the public. The McNicholas Memorial Committee will provide a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, donuts, etc. beginning at 9:00 and the ceremony will begin at 10:30.
