Donations, in any amount, are accepted online or at the front desk and go directly to March of Dimes in support of the health of all mothers and babies.

Rox Race is BACK! Our second Rox Race is set for Saturday June 20th with start times every 10 minutes beginning at 8:30am. You’ll perform 8 exercises in a race format, attempting to complete each one as quickly as possible. Singles and Doubles formats offered. The 8 exercises and weight requirements are listed below (singles/doubles):
Skierg: 1000/1500 meters
Sled Pull/Push: 140/210 meters. Men: 90 lbs. Women: 45 lbs.
Burpee Broad Jump: 50/75 reps
Farmers Carry: 200/300 meters. Men: 50 lbs. Women: 30 lbs.
Bike: 2/3 miles
Lunge: 100/150 reps. Men: 26 lbs. Women: 18 lbs.
Wall Ball: 100/150 reps. 10 lbs. ball.
Rower: 1000/1500 meters
The doubles format is completed with a partner. While one person works, the other rests, splitting the required reps or distance however you’d like.
TO SIGN UP for SINGLES: Purchase a “Rox Race Credit - Single”, which will allow you to reserve one spot in a Rox Race SINGLES time slot on the schedule.
TO SIGN UP for DOUBLES: Purchase a “Rox Race Credit - Doubles”, which will allow you to reserve two spots in a Rox Race DOUBLES time slot on the schedule (one for you, one for your partner - be sure to book BOTH of you).

For the gals 💪 will be teaching a new class, 11 Strong, one Friday every month at 4:30pm starting May 8th.
11 Strong is a strength focused class designed exclusively for women. You’ll go through the usual 4 station structure, but with less cardio and a heavier emphasis on explosive movements where you can safely add more weight to your reps.
Sorry guys, but please sit this one out! 11 Strong is for women only.
Class is free for members, or can be attended by purchasing an $11 Community Class credit.
This Friday, 4/24, we’re continuing our Final Friday series with a FREE 4:30pm class taught by Ryan and Nick in support of the Trever Hoelker Scholarship Fund at St. Xavier High School.
This is the second year we’ve held this fundraiser, and it serves as a good reminder for the inspiration behind Eleven.
6 years ago, Trever was diagnosed with cancer and passed away a few months later. He was 30 years old.
Trever proudly wore number 11 as a starting WR at St. X (if you asked, he’d gladly show you his highlight tape well after graduating). He had a larger than life personality, lit up the room when he walked in, and took care of everyone in it. He lived loud. We (Ryan and Nick) were lucky enough to be some of his best friends.
We hope you can join us for class and stay for a drink afterwards. Trev’s scholarship gives a deserving student the ability to attend St. X - a place he cared deeply about. There’s no requirement to donate but if you’d like, you can do so via the link in our bio or by cash on Friday.
