✨ As we kick off a new academic year, we're excited to welcome several new faculty members to the UC College of Nursing! Get to know the educators, clinicians, and researchers joining our community and helping prepare the next generation of nurses. 🩺📚
👋 Britt Archibald, DNP, RN: With more than three decades of experience as a certified pediatric nurse, Dr. Archibald brings expertise in patient safety, family-centered care, and nursing education. She will teach undergraduate and DNP students while mentoring future nurses and advancing innovative approaches to learning.
👋 Cindy Dehlinger, DNP, CNM: A doctorally prepared Certified Nurse Midwife and Family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Dehlinger brings more than 25 years of experience in women’s health, clinical education, research, and quality improvement. She is dedicated to advancing evidence-based care and preparing future nurse midwives.
👋 Siv Nyanzi, DNP, FNP-BC: Dr. Nyanzi brings clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, telehealth, and advanced practice to the classroom. She is passionate about creating an engaging learning environment where students build confidence and grow as healthcare professionals.
👋 Portia Zaire, PhD, RN, CNE: A cancer health services researcher and National Clinician Scholar, Dr. Zaire brings expertise in cancer control, health policy, and preventive care delivery. Her research focuses on advancing evidence-based solutions that improve health outcomes and promote equitable care.
