Our staff understands and is dedicated to honoring children's creativity and making learning exciting and relevant for every child. As we pursue a Quality Learning experience for every child in our care, we provide highly qualified staff in every classroom. Everyone on our team is committed to the preparation and progress of every child for Kindergarten and beyond! Destiny Childcare and Development Center (its leadership and staff) is committed to building robust brain architecture for children and provide responsive relationship with parents.

🌟📚 Finneytown Educator Named Civic Star Challenge Winner! 📚🌟

Congratulations to Elijah Fenwick-Sanders of Finneytown Secondary Campus for being named a Civic Star Challenge winner, a nationwide initiative from the Bill of Rights Institute and iCivics!

Elijah is one of just 63 educators across the country recognized for bringing the themes of the Declaration of Independence to life in the classroom as part of the lead-up to America’s 250th anniversary.

In his U.S. History classes, students explored America’s founding documents and even wrote their own “Declarations of Independence,” applying these powerful ideas to their own lives. This meaningful, real-world learning experience encouraged students to think critically about civic responsibility and their role in shaping the future.

We are incredibly proud of Elijah for inspiring our Wildcats and helping students connect history to the world around them. Please join us in congratulating him on this outstanding national recognition! 💙🐾
