This week, we’ve had the opportunity to show our incredible teachers and staff just how much they mean to us! Every day was filled with a little something special to say THANK YOU for the dedication, care, and hard work they pour into our students and school community each day. ❤️
📚 Monday: We kicked off the week with a delicious bagel & yogurt bar to help everyone start the day fueled and appreciated.
🎁 Tuesday: Smiles were everywhere during our random gift card giveaway — a fun surprise to brighten the week!
🥪 Wednesday: Staff enjoyed a special lunch as a small token of gratitude for all they do.
🍫 Thursday: We wrapped things up with baskets full of salty and sweet treats for everyone to enjoy.
To our amazing teachers and staff: your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. Thank you for making a difference every single day! 🍎💙

8th grade graduation signs are in! If you placed an order with PTA, you can pick up your sign at Rapid Run inside the double doors to the right of the main office entrance.
We will be here today, Tuesday, May 5th 4:30-6pm and tomorrow, Wednesday, May 6th 5-6pm.

Parents of 8th Graders;

The PTA has partnered with JC Boutique to offer graduate signs if you would like to purchase one. They're $15 a piece. Ordering closes Wednesday, April 15th and the signs will be delivered to school the first week in May. A separate post will be made when they're ready for pick up. BE SURE to select LOCAL pick up when ordering to avoid paying shipping!

RRMS SPRING CARNIVAL!!! RRMS parents and students please see flyer below for our last Fling of the year!!! This one is set to be the best yet 😊 We will have lots of large-scale inflatable obstacles/games, cotton candy, popcorn, prizes and more ❤️ We would love your help to make this event a huge success!!! We are proud to recognize Debi Reigers, school psychologist at Rapid Run Middle School, as our nominee for the “T” in PTA Award! 💙🐏

Ms. Reigers has been a cornerstone of RRMS since the building opened, consistently going above and beyond in support of students and families across Oak Hills. Her commitment to kids is evident in everything she does, but she holds a particularly special place in her heart for students with special needs — often referring to them as “my kids.” She is a tireless advocate, ensuring their needs are met while creating meaningful opportunities for inclusion within our school community.

Her support of the PTA shines through her presence at events like school dances and Flings. Year after year, Ms. Reigers shows up to make sure every student feels included, supported, and successful. She does this not because she has to, but because she believes every child deserves to belong.

We are incredibly grateful for her compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to our students. Ms. Reigers truly represents the heart of RRMS and the spirit of the “T” in PTA Award! 👏
