TODAY IS THE DAY!!! 2026 Oathkeepers Fire Conference Registration opens at 1900 EST! Be ready to go by 1900!

A couple tips...

-The system holds in process orders as sold until the order is completed, timed out, or cancelled. This does not necessarily mean all tickets have actually been sold. If it immediately shows sold out you should try the other track or refresh until you can start the registration process. Be a WINNER, don’t give up early in the game!

-Try to be in a place with good internet speeds

-You can register up to 10 attendees per transaction. PLEASE TAKE ONLY WHAT YOU NEED/ FULLY INTEND TO USE! Ticket scalpers and posers are as****es!

-If you don’t get in, sign up for the waitlist ASAP. Any cancellations will go to the waitlist in numbered order.

Some people have asked, “why not increase attendance to meet demand?” That’s a fair question. The answer is, that the OK Fire Conference was never about money or herding students like cattle. It’s about doing training right! Maximizing reps and individual attention for those that REALLY want to be there to get better for them! It’s about teaching the mindset, skills, and drills that can be taken home to be honed and spread by ambassadors that truly care about “leaving it better than they found it.” It’s about providing no nonsense, experience based context of the often neglected WHEN and WHY with every drill.

We want people that are hungry to win and are willing to leave their comfort zone to do so. We want people that are willing to work to exhaustion and return the next day to do it again. We want people willing to learn something about themselves and be willing to make changes as necessary. We currently have at least a 1:3 instructor/ student ratio because that’s what it takes to accomplish our goals. At this point, 100 students is the right number. Because that number provides the best experience and training environment for THE students. Keeping registrations capped at 100 students helps us get 100 students that REALLY want to be there. Getting in requires preparation, determination, and a competitive nature. Those are the intrinsic qualities that foster the culture of the OK Fire Conference.

Here it is!!! Registration goes live May 22, 2026 @ 7:00 PM EST! Full registration will be roughly $350 per (with Eventbrite fees) and includes lectures with dinner Friday and Saturday nights, Saturday and Sunday H.O.T. with lunch both days. ALL proceeds go to WCCC fire training facilities and Firefighter Rescue Survey. Save the event and follow our page for updates! BE READY!

Through the INCREDIBLE generosity and support of the 2025 OKFC students, sponsors, partners, instructors and all families involved we donated over $20,000 from OKFC 2025. Thank you so much for your support, passion, and work!!! We hope to see everyone October 9-11, 2026 back in Mason/ Lebanon, Ohio!!

-This year we have also purchased a forcible entry door prop from Mad Props Fabrication LLC . This FE door is being donated to the 2026 Firemanship Conference in Aurora, Illinois July 20-24, 2026. The FE door will be used and auctioned off at FC 2026. This donation will aid in providing top notch training to more firefighters and ultimately help offset the massive costs of the Firemanship Conference. The goal of the Firemanship Conference is to provide top notch training at an affordable price. We believe this donation will help support that mission. This door will be on the stage during the lecture event. So check it out and join us at the Firemanship 2026 live auction event! We’ll see you in 2026!
