Supervised by Veterinary Assisting Instructor Pam Nicodemus, students provide all the care for our rescue dogs and cats, as well as the reptiles and small animals that live on campus permanently.

Kane is hoping Santa can help him find a forever home.

Dear Santa, 🎅

My name is Kane and I’ve tried really hard to be the Best Boy…..

I really want a forever home. I love everyone at the rescue they are great, but I want a place to call my own.

I play nicely with everyone I meet human and fur. Anytime they call me, I go running hoping it’s my time. I eat all my food and I’m a good boy in my crate.

I’ve been waiting 3 months, I know someone has to be looking for a good boy.

Please let everyone know, I love toys. My favorite snack is a peanut butter filled Kong.

I’m a big boy and will need a yard to run and play in, if they have kids or other dogs that’s a bonus.
