To help achieve your goals, or to work on personal development, you must know the differences and similarities between Coaching and Mentoring. Brent gave terrific points to identify those qualities.

of our in person meeting last week. We had a blast!!! Our theme of the day was board games ♟️. Cliff delivered a speech on Affordable Housing, which was eye opening. Tiffanie delivered a boxing interactive workshop. What an fun, informative, and engaging meeting! Please join us next week at 12pm noon via zoom.

🥁 roll: Today we had the pleasure of inducting our newest member Jalissa to our TM club. Please give her a warm welcome as we help support her as she strives for her goals!! Jalissa is a leader, not only was she inducted she signed up for a role. She was grammarian for the first time of her TM journey , and knocked it out of the park ! Welcome Jalissa 🎉🎉🎉

“ Grit, The most important characteristic ”
Andy delivered a great message about taking accountability, and growing outside of your comfort zone. Grit is an important determinant of success, happiness, and mental health.
Passion + Perseverance = Big Goals.
Andy, through research gave us a winning formula for Grit: Interest, Practice, Purpose, and Hope!

Our Annual Club Holiday party was a success 🎄!!!! What a great way to end our 2022 TM year🎉.
🌶 We had a chili cook off.
Sara brought in a white chicken chili
Kelly brought in a Turkey chili with zucchini
Chris brought in a Ham and bean chili soup
We also had all the fixins to go with it, including some sweet cornbread made by Jill.
Can’t forget all the desserts!
Everything was sooooo delicious 🤤
To top it off we had a White Elephant gift exchange, which is always a blast.
We had some great guests join us, even one of our guests serenaded us with music (see the video on our page).
Did I tell you we have a new member?!!! You will meet Jalissa at her induction but help us welcome her to TOASTMASTERS 🗣
