Our students recently enjoyed a field trip to the Taft Museum of Art to see its latest Rembrandt exhibit. After touring the galleries and learning about Rembrandt's etching process, they got to spend time in the art studio making their own creations!

Clermont Christian School A common sense approach to classical Christian education in Clermont County, Ohio.

Our 3rd-5th graders have been reading My Side of the Mountain, a novel about a boy who goes off to live in the wilds of the Catskill Mountains. As a complement to their reading, they participated in a family field trip to to learn some survival skills!

We had a special guest in Insects class today! Mrs. Barnes raised 130 monarch butterflies from her garden this year and she brought her last 3 chrysalises to complement our discussion of metamorphosis. Students got to see a butterfly eclose (emerge) during class!

CCS families enjoyed a back-to-school picnic together at the beginning of August. The countdown to the new school year has begun!
