Is your son or daughter looking to step up their game in lacrosse or basketball? Are they tired of camps where they don't get individual attention and are lost in the crowd?
I am excited to be offering personal training in both lacrosse and basketball for athletes ages 12-18 in the Cincinnati area, beginning in June of this year.
I have over 10 years of experience as a head basketball and lacrosse coach in Missouri and Ohio and have been conducting individual training for college and high school athletes in the St. Louis area for the past 3 years.
My personal training sessions focus on rapid skill development through innovative workout routines, drills and exercises. The focus is on improving fundamental skills, building those fundamental skills into applicable abilities on the field/court and developing the muscle memory to support performance of these skills. I offer both individual 1 hour and 1.5 hour sessions for basketball and lacrosse as well as small group sessions in lacrosse. These personal training sessions will be structured according to player position, skill-level, areas of desired improvement, strengths and weaknesses with an overall eye on developing fundamental movements and skills which produce a noticeable impact on player development.
Individual sessions offer the most one to one coaching interaction with a high focus on technical proficiency in all skills. I use a method of weekly marginal improvement which builds each session from the progress made in the previous session. I will tailor the sessions to your age/skill level, position, and strengths/weaknesses. In addition to the individual sessions, players will be provided with a wall-ball routine for daily practice as well as the opportunity to study film of training sessions.
Small group sessions are great for players who want to improve their skills while also working with a group of their teammates or friends. Small group training offers the opportunity for competitive training where players are being tested against others as well as themselves. This is great for players who will be playing on the same teams in the future. These training sessions focus on individual skill development as well as concepts of team play and also include a daily wall-ball routine as well as film critique.
Single Player sessions
1 hour session = $50
10 – 1 hour sessions = $450
1.5 hour session = $65
10 – 1.5 hour sessions = $585
Small group sessions 3-6 players (price per player)
1 hour session = $35
10 – 1 hour sessions = $315
1.5 hour session = $50

Training sessions will take place at Summit High School, unless otherwise arranged.
