Summer is winding down. We had time yesterday to get out into the garden and clean out some beds for fall planting, AND work on costuming for a TON of fall gigs. And we are SO excited for the upcoming Burlesque Bingo with Cin City Burlesque at Ruckus.Cinci on 9/12! Tickets are now on sale... We'll link in the comments. In the meantime today, Alexander is in Louisville for the iconic Le Moo drag branch, while Ginger trains Barre clients all day for a group ex sampler. But catch us both at Ruckus on the 12th!

CINCI — your Thursday night plans just found you. 👀

Three classes. Three different vibes. One night at RUCKUS.

🧘🏽‍♀️ 5 PM — Flow with LaRae
🔥 6 PM — Lower Body + Twerk with Coach J
💃 7:30 PM — Zumba with Katrina

And we're bringing a little extra energy tonight as Coach J + Katrina step into RUCKUS for their first classes.

Come move, sweat, meet somebody new and show these ladies some love. 🖤

Not tonight? Save this post and send it to the friend who's always asking, “What are we doing?”

And remember — RUCKUS goes way beyond weekly classes. Private parties, birthdays, corporate events, team building, kids activities, creative experiences + space rentals are all on the table.

Cincy, you SHOWED UP!!💜✨

From the ribbon cutting to Drag + NYAPS, a packed house, DJ Yosh shutting it down and everything in between… Grand Opening Weekend was everything we hoped it would be — and this is only the beginning.

To everyone who came through, celebrated with us, supported local, met our instructors, made some art, hit the dance floor or simply came to see what RUCKUS is all about: **THANK YOU.** 🫶

And trust us… you haven't seen it all yet. 👀 More moments, highlights + Grand Opening chaos are still coming.

If you captured your own RUCKUS moments, tag us or send them our way. We want to see the weekend through your eyes, too. 📸

Now… when are you coming back?
New classes. New experiences. More reasons to cause a little RUCKUS.

The weather is great! Come support the local humans selling their stuff!!!

TGIF! 🥳 The East Walnut Hills Farmers Market takes place 4-7pm today (and every Friday until the end of October) in the southeast corner of the Madison Rd. parking lot.

Stop by for fresh produce, breads, baked goods, handmade soaps, fine art, artisanal beverages, and more, against a backdrop of adult beverages, plus live music by Nicki Sage Official.

This is a community-led effort with broad support. Thanks to sponsors Creative Bushel and ETC Produce & Provisions for their support! We’re also grateful to neighborhood businesses Ruckus.Cinci, Argos Pet Food & Supply and The Growler House for their in-kind donations, and all the volunteers for their hard work!

Since 2022, the East Walnut Hills Farmer’s Market has worked to create a sense of community and camaraderie in our neighborhood (and beyond!) by connecting people through food. This volunteer-driven initiative brings together neighbors and visitors to celebrate our historic community and its EWH Businesses.

If you have a monthly permit for the Madison lot, please make sure that your car is not in the southeast corner 1-8pm on Fridays. You may park on the west side of the lot.

See you at the farmers market!

This Friday, we’re excited to welcome The Kind Starter, a family-run micro-bakery creating artisan sourdough and handcrafted baked goods in small batches!

The Kind Starter is based in Madisonville and offers artisan sourdough breads and baked goods, along with a rotating selection of handcrafted pastries, cookies, specialty baked items, baking kits, and seasonal products. Its offerings evolve throughout the year as owner Deanna develops new products and responds to customer interests while maintaining a focus on quality, small-batch production, and naturally fermented baking.

Deanna explains, “I’m not a factory; I’m a neighbor baking small-batch, slow-fermented bread meant to be broken and shared. When you buy a loaf from me, you aren’t just getting bread; you’re supporting a dream and a local family.”

The best 3 hours of your Friday are 4–7pm, in the southeast corner of the Madison parking lot!
