Tonight’s run/ruck was brutal…not gonna lie. Heat, humidity, and hills (bridges) made this one a character builder.

Muggy morning for the crew. 🥵 We were back at Streetside Brewery so that made things better. It was Picklefest too! 🥒 Peep that final pic for pickle action. 🫠

The crew was at Fifty West Brewing Company tonight. We tackled the Wooster Pike hill on our route and had hill sprints to boot. Hills sprints are my favorite and so are the action shots of the crew ripping them. Not sure everyone feels the same. 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

The crew was back at thirdeyebrewing this morning. We had a muggy and hilly-ish route to tackle. Everyone did great and post-run/ruck beverages were fantastic!

The crew is at thirdeyebrewing for both group runs/rucks this week. Fortunately, Mother Nature finished her temper tantrum just in time for us to stay dry. We had some speed work on the books tonight too. Fartleks were had. IYKYK. 😂
