Yesterday was national daughters day. There’s not a room Maiya walks in she does light up. She brings so much joy to everyone around her and is the cartwheel queen. 👑 she is so beautiful inside and out and loves with every bit of her being. Right now she wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. I’m not sure where the time has gone but I couldn’t be more proud to be your mom. I love you to the moon and back Maiya Lynne! 💕

Our newest addition to our family. Our hearts have missed our sweet Rogue. I miss him more each day and I know my heart will continue to heal with time. I have prayed for the right dog to come our way when the time is right.

Somehow this weekend all the stars accidentally aligned and we last minute drove to Dallas and picked him up. He has been traveling some and doing puppy yoga and he is all the way from Alabama!

Mavericks birthday is the same day that Bella’s was

When we picked him up he had a green collar and leash and that was always my color for Rogue.

And we got him on August 22, which 22 is my number. ❤️

As you can see, he is loved very much already! And of course Jake is loving him and loving his company.

Watching the 2026 CrossFit Games and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought to myself how cool it would be to compete in the same room as these athletes… as I think about that I think about 2021 me who barely got off the couch and just wanted to move my body like the other women in the room who truly were amazing! I didn’t even know CrossFit and many of these high level skills existed. So really to be able to move my body and work towards these skills is more than I ever dreamed possible! To be in the room and pushed with the amazing people I workout with each day is more than enough for me!! ❤️ Don’t be scared to do the things people told u weren’t possible!!

Started the week with my favorite shirt and some deadlifts. Building with some sets of 10, 7 and finishing with some heavy sets of 3. Didn’t get exactly where I wanted on my last set but that’s alright. 3 reps at 355 and then one at 375. Hook grip for the win! Great way to start the week! .poe.27

The past few months I have been working on my CrossFit coaching internship and with Today I coached my first full class start to finish. Grateful for this opportunity to not only have the opportunity to coach such amazing humans but also to learn from truly the best coaches!

Finishing my 2026 Crossfit Open season with what I would say is the best I’ve ever cycled and this was after 2 rounds and with the second weight at 75 lbs. Felt pretty effortless!
