Just a reminder that there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, October 9th, and Monday, October 12th! 🎉

That means our Wildcats get to enjoy a 4-day weekend! 🙌🏼💙 We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxing long weekend with family and friends. Enjoy the extra time to rest, recharge, and make some great memories! 🍁🐾

Our Trunk-or-Treat is coming up on October 29th, and the PTC needs your help! 🐾❤️

We are collecting candy throughout the month of October to help make this a fun and memorable event for all of our Wildcats. 🍭🍫

🎃 Help us FILL OUR TRASH MONSTER! 🎃

Candy donations can be dropped off in the front lobby of Watts Elementary throughout the month of October.

📢 4TH GRADE PICNIC UPDATE 📢

Due to the upcoming weather, the Watts 4th Grade Picnic has been postponed to October 8th . 🌧️💙

We know our 4th graders and families were looking forward to spending this special time together, and we are so sorry for the change of plans. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the safety of our students and families.

We’ve loved celebrating our Watts grandparents throughout the month with special lunch visits, smiles, and precious memories! ❤️

Next week is our LAST photo opportunity! If you haven’t had the chance yet, we’d love for our grandparents to join their Wildcat for lunch and take a special photo together at our Grandparents Day photo prop. 📸👵👴

🌟🐾 Celebrating Our Watts Grandparents All Month Long! 🐾🌟

At Watts Elementary, we believe grandparents hold a very special place in the hearts of our students. ❤️ Throughout the entire month of September, we are excited to celebrate and honor all of our wonderful grandparents!

👵👴 Grandparents are encouraged to come ANY DAY during the month of September to enjoy lunch with their grandchildren! This is a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, share a meal, and create special memories that your child will treasure.

📅 Please see the flyer below for your child’s designated lunch time and plan a visit whenever works best for your family.
✅ No RSVP is required! When you arrive, simply stop by the front office to check in, and our staff will help direct you from there.

We hope our grandparents will join us throughout September as we celebrate YOU and the important role you play in the lives of our Wildcats! 🐾💙
