Eagles, Welcome!!!

Arrival: Doors open at 6:50 AM. Students may be dropped off at the front or back of the school. The back gate closes at 7:20 AM, so families arriving after that time will need to use the front entrance. Staff members will be stationed throughout the campus to welcome students and help them find where they need to go.

Dismissal: Dismissal begins at 2:45 PM. Please review the traffic flow information in the picture below and follow the directions of staff members assisting with dismissal.

Campus Visitors: We love welcoming our Eagle families to campus! During the first few weeks of school, we will be focused on helping students learn their routines, build independence, and become comfortable with campus procedures. Beginning August 31, parents and visitors are welcome to join us on campus in accordance with our regular visitor procedures.

Sorry for the delayed introduction; the start of the school year has flown by! I am excited and grateful to be chosen as the new Assistant Principal at Jordan Intermediate School. I am truly honored to join the Eagle family and look forward to partnering with our students, staff, and families.
I have been in education for over a dozen years, but my educational journey began in SCUCISD 6 years ago, and I am proud to continue serving this incredible district. I began my career in SCUC as a Biology teacher at Steele High School. I then had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Principal at Steele High School for two years, gaining valuable experience in instructional leadership, student support, and campus culture. Most recently, I have served as the District Science Coordinator for SCUCISD, working alongside educators across the district to support science instruction.
Outside of school, my greatest joy is spending time with my family. My husband, Tommy, and I have two wonderful daughters, Olivia (12) and Amelia (9), who keep us busy with their many activities. As a family, we enjoy spending time together, and I love both playing and watching sports whenever I have the chance. Go Spurs Go!
As I begin this new chapter at Jordan Intermediate, I am excited to get to know each of you. I believe that strong relationships, open communication, and teamwork are the foundation of a successful school community. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff, partnering with our families, and supporting our amazing students. Thank you again, and I'm excited to be a part of the Eagle Family!🦅🦅🦅
