Our Jordan Intermediate Band Directors, Mr. Gray and Mr. Miller, spent part of their Saturday making music with the Comal Community Band at Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg! It’s wonderful see them celebrating the tradition of German music and bringing such joy to the community!

Most Valuable Eagle of the Month, September Teacher :

We are excited to recognize Mrs. Alaniz for the incredible impact she has on our school and the people around her! Mrs. Alaniz is always ready and willing to help, whether it’s answering questions about technology, math, instruction, or anything in between. She truly is an MVP for our math team! She “rises to every occasion” and is always willing to jump in, support those around her, and make everyone a little better. She strives for excellence in everything she does while maintaining a positive, steady attitude that makes a difference each day. Her organization and support with UIL have also been greatly appreciated! Mrs. Alaniz makes our school a better place simply by being here. Thank you, Mrs. Alaniz, for all you do for our Eagles! 🦅 💙

Most Valuable Eagle of the Month, September Staff Member:

We are so excited to recognize Ms. Bartay for the incredible love, kindness, and support she brings to Jordan Intermediate each day! 🦅 💙 She is an amazing support staff member who is always positive, helpful, and ready to jump in wherever she is needed. She works closely with students, pulling small groups to reteach, provide additional support, and help students find success. But her impact goes far beyond academics. Ms. Bartay is thoughtful and attentive to both students and staff. Ms. Bartay consistently makes a difference. Jordan Intermediate is a better place because she is here! Thank you, Ms. Bartay, for being such a blessing to our students and staff! ❤️ 🦅
