Today, I officially closed the door to my daycare.
I don’t even know how to put 11 years of memories into words. There were so many wonderful moments, challenging days, laughter, tears, busy mornings, little hugs, first words, milestones, birthday celebrations, and so many precious memories that I will carry with me forever.
When I moved into this house, I started my daycare here - and my own children grew up with it too. This home wasn’t just our home. It became a place where so many little ones learned, played, grew and made their own memories. My children grew up watching me care for other children, and daycare became a part of their childhood as much as it was a part of mine.
Over the years, I have been incredibly blessed to meet so many amazing families. Some families stayed for years, some for a short time, but each one left a special mark on my heart. I am truly grateful that you trusted me with your most precious little ones and allowed me to be a part of their lives.
Closing my daycare was not something I expected to do this soon, and saying goodbye has been much harder than I imagined. Today, I cried - not because I regret anything, but because I realized just how much this chapter has meant to me.
Although this is the end of my daycare journey, I choose to look back with a grateful heart.❤️
I believe everything happens for a reason, and I’m excited to see what the next chapter of life will bring.
To every family who has walked through my door over these 11 years: THANK YOU!!
Thank you for your trust, your kindness, your support, your friendship, and most of all, for allowing me to be part of your children’s lives.
This may be goodbye to my daycare, but the memories will stay with me forever.🩷🩵
