WIC now offers a new choice for your baby's fruit and vegetable
benefits at WIC.
Is your baby six months old and ready for solid foods? You can
swap all or half of your baby’s jarred fruits and vegetables for fresh,
canned, or frozen fruits and vegetables. Choose the options that
work best for your family.

Try this easy, healthy recipe with WIC approved foods:
Quick Tuna and Veggie Toast:
1. Toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
2. Mix a can of light tuna with a little plain yogurt and a squeeze of
lemon in a bowl.
3. Spread the tuna mix on the toast slices.
4. Top with sliced cucumber and arugula.
5. Add your seasoning of choice.
