With a Massive 2,400 square feet of spring loaded floor system! it is the largest (privately own) mat space in the South Bay San Diego Area, It is a great place to safely and comfortably train.

Hoy celebramos un logro muy especial al recibir Mileena su segundo grado en su cinturón Gris y Blanco!
Estamos sumamente orgullosos de lo lejos que ha llegado desde que comenzó a entrenar en Strong Base Jiu Jitsu. Mileena inició su camino como una niña muy callada en nuestro programa de Little Ones. Le tomó varios meses involucrarse completamente en clase, socializar con otros niños y sentirse cómoda en los entrenamientos, ya que únicamente quería participar cuando sus padres estaban en el área de entrenamiento con ella.
Gracias a la paciencia, constancia y al trabajo en equipo entre nuestros entrenadores y sus padres, Mileena ha logrado un crecimiento extraordinario. Hoy nos alegra decir que ha superado muchos obstáculos tanto dentro como fuera de Strong Base Jiu Jitsu. Su confianza, independencia y disposición para enfrentar nuevos retos han crecido enormemente.
Este grado representa mucho más que técnicas aprendidas; representa valentía, perseverancia y crecimiento personal.
Sigue así, Mileena! Estamos emocionados de seguir viendo todo lo que lograrás. 💪🥋❤️

🇺🇸 Strong Base Jiu Jitsu will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th.
Enjoy time with family and friends, we also take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
Regular class schedule will resume Tuesday, May 26th.

We are so excited to kick off a brand-new year of jiu jitsu and fun with all of our students starting **tomorrow, Monday January 5th**! 🎉🥋
Our **class schedule has been updated**, so make sure to check it out and plan your training for the week. Please note that **we will no longer be holding Saturday classes**, but don’t worry — **stay tuned for monthly events, special classes, and open mats** coming your way! 🙌
