Continuing training with GM Joe moving on to level 3 steps Arnis de Mano. A lot more repetitions and practice needed but students are making good progress.

Grandmaster teaching important techniques to further improve the student's understanding of his system. It was a very insightful training session in this new normal society.

Another beautiful day to train at the park. We are thankful for this opportunity to learn and hone our skills in our beloved Filipino Martial Arts.
