We are offering a kindergarten literacy class! It's two hours, twice a week in Eagle River/Chugiak area and uses a Science of Reading curriculum. As always, our class involves more than just learning to read! We work hard to create a classroom family environment that encourages friendships, kindness and community!

Surprise!

We decided to offer a homeschool kindergarten experience for the school year. We will be in a new location in Chugiak!

This is a two day a week program with two days of home packets for parents to teach. Fulfilling all activities will cover your language arts curriculum for your homeschool charter.

This is a gentle, fun, kindy experience! We will be learning, laughing and developing a classroom community. Please let me know if you want more information or you can register on the website:

Elementary Classes are held at the United Methodist Church of Chugiak. 7th-12th Grade classes are held at Skyline Family Fellowship.

Hey friends!

After many conversations and back and forth, our family has decided we are moving this Fall. Unfortunately that means we will not be in operation in Peter's Creek this school year.

It was a tough choice, but the best for our little family in the long run. ❤️

It has truly been an honor serving the community the last 15 years!! Thank you!

Such a great field trip to the Botanical Gardens today! And our chickies are hatching. Great time to be at preschool!! Next week should be filled with emerging butterflies! 🦋

Enrollment update for 2023-2024!

Our Monday/Wednesday/Friday class is full for next year- but we are accepting names for our waitlist. :)

The Tuesday/Thursday class (for 3 year olds and those who turn four during the school year) has a couple spots left. This class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15-12:15.

We also are accepting kiddos for our Homeschool Kindergarten class! This will meet Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday afternoons from 1-4pm. We are a vendor with Family Partnership for reimbursement- and can look into becoming a vendor with other allotment providers if requested.

Easter Egg Hunt Alaska Version...

Seems easy now. But 40 minutes to go and it is still snowing!!

We made snow volcanoes today!! It was a little bit of magic, a little science and a lot of fun.

We also covered some theories on what happened to the dinosaurs! What a great day at preschool!

We have been having so much fun learning all about dinosaurs at preschool. Working on developing those fine motor skills, social negotiation, and creating our dinosaur fact book!

One more week of dino fun to go!
