Our PTA events take a lot of helping hands to make them happen, and we are so thankful for everyone who gives their time to help out! Whether you can volunteer for an hour, help with setup and cleanup, or lend a hand during an event, every little bit helps.

🚗💙 Dismissal Update!

We’ve had our dismissal line down to about 7 minutes~our Birchwood team has been working hard to make dismissal quick and efficient!

Starting tomorrow, we’ll have Kindergarten and Pre-K joining the dismissal line, so please expect a little extra time for the next couple of days as we get everyone settled into the new routine.

Thank you for your patience and grace as we work out the kinks! We’ll get our speedy dismissal line back in no time! ❤️💙

Thanks to our wonderful PTA for organizing this! 🩷 We can’t wait to welcome all of our kinder and PreK students tomorrow!

Kindergarten parents, join us after drop-off for a little time to mingle, enjoy some snacks, and connect with other families. We hope to see you there!

🍿 POPCORN FRIDAY IS BACK! 🍿

One of our favorite PTA traditions is back! 🎉 We’ll be popping fresh popcorn and sending home an individual bag with every student to enjoy. A big thank you to our sponsor, David’s Jewelers! ❤️

The volunteer sign-up includes every Popcorn Friday throughout the school year, which will be held on the last Friday of each month.

Every volunteer makes a difference, and we truly appreciate everyone who gives their time to help make this fun tradition possible.

And a little reminder for our families: Please remind your kiddos to wait until they get home to enjoy their popcorn!😊🍿

❤️💙 What an amazing Back-to-School Night! 💙❤️

A huge thank you to our incredible Birchwood PTA for helping make the evening so special, and to the amazing food trucks El Señor Moose, Trendy Eats, and AK Kidd for keeping our families well-fed with some seriously delicious food! 🌮🍔🍦

Most of all, thank you to our wonderful Birchwood families for coming out, connecting with teachers and one another, and helping us kick off another school year together. There’s nothing better than seeing our school community gathered together! 🥰

We are so grateful for our PTA, our food truck partners, and our amazing families. Here’s to an incredible year ahead! 🎉❤️💙
