The 2nd annual Gold Standard Academy took place this week at CE!⭐️

Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Graham spearheaded this incredible teacher training last year and this year they made it even better! They invited other CNP educators to help lead specific sessions, and it was well received.

Educators from all across the district will be better prepared for this upcoming school year because of GSA. A huge "𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁" to the teachers who took time out of their summer to attend!

This summer, many of our incredible Choctaw Elementary teachers/staff invested five days of their time at the OKA+ Institute, collaborating, team building, and growing as educators. They learned all about new ways to integrate the arts and hands on learning in the classroom.🍎

Their willingness to spend part of their summer exploring new instructional strategies and best practices speaks volumes about their dedication to our students. We LOVE their commitment!

We are so proud of these educators for embracing opportunities to grow professionally and for bringing fresh ideas back to CE. Our students are fortunate to be surrounded by teachers who never stop learning!🥰

Meet CNP's new SEARCH teacher, Holly Foster! We are excited to have Mrs. Foster on the CE campus and are thrilled to welcome her as a part of the team! We know she will do great things for the students in our district-wide SEARCH program. Congratulations Mrs. Foster!

Choctaw Elementary is excited to announce that Nancy Wengerd will be joining the CE family! Nancy loves working with children and finds it exciting to be a part of their learning and growth. She is looking forward to working with her team, and meeting all the new students and families of CE as she cheers them to success!

Fun fact: Mrs. Wengerd is a mom of four and a "Nene" to three precious grandchildren. She also has twin grandchildren on the way!
