Milestones Child Care Center in Chippewa Falls is looking to hire! Depending on experience and education we have openings for lead teacher, assistant teachers and after school teachers. Teaching young children is a difficult job but can be the most rewarding job there is. Don't be afraid if you think you lack the education or experience, if you are willing to work hard, love children and are open to learning we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

* Instruct infant to preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
* Create a fun and safe learning environment throughout our school
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
* Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
* Serve meals and model healthy eating habits
* Help children with toileting/diapers and potty training
* Interact with the children during free play to extend their learning and help them grow

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is desired
* Passionate about working with children
* Ability to build rapport with children
* Positive and patient demeanor
* Self motivated and reliable

Arnie Swoboda and I have been so fortunate to expand Milestones into Chippewa Falls. The first week has been great, but not without a few unexpected curveballs while getting systems transitioned over. Thank you to everyone for your patience. We are so grateful to Josh Bowe and Kelsey Bowe and all the wonderful staff and families for making this transition such a great one. Milestones Early Educational Community is official and we will be updating this page as Milestones!

Monkey Business has been such a wonderful place in our community and we look forward to Milestones carrying on the amazing work they have created. We are excited to what the future holds!
