Good morning Seacrest Nation! Elie here for 2.0 and I have some news. I've enjoyed an amazing visit to Untamed Mountain, where as you know, the Seacrest Wolves will make a permanent home. I visited with Freedom quite a lot, and spent some time with Echo and Ozzie as well. Grandma Jennie joined us one day. As you may know, Freedom, and all of us, recently lost Apache and we've all been grieving. Freedom SO ENJOYED visiting Grandma and Auntie Elie. Tons of belly rubs and SO MUCH SINGING, you'd just be amazed. Her song is the most haunting and beautiful of all to me. Stay tuned for heart-warming images.
And the news is that we can all look forward to the transport of the Seacrest 7 from Orlando to Untamed Mountain mid October. We have a specific date, and will keep you posted.
We are so excited to have the family reunited. As at Seacrest, there will be different enclosures as there is more than one pack, but bringing them all together again is something I know the entire Seacrest Nation has looked forward to. I told Freedom today that her family was on the way! Soon sweet girl, very soon.
I know so many people have questions about the future, and potential programs, etc. Believe me, I get it. First and foremost, let's all together focus on letting them get settled, acclimated, and comfy in their permanent home. Their well-being is #1 for all of us. We can talk specifics as we see how things go.
I, for one, and THRILLED, for them to live in the mountains. I love hearing the lions at night and how the wolves howling echos across the mountains. It is a wave of the most beautiful sound. Ethereal. And I like the air up here. And all these trees.
Thank you again to the Seacrest Nation for your constant support and love. You are absolutely the most amazing group of people.
I made this image at Tigers for Tomorrow at Untamed Mountain. I like the way the pathways have names like this. I hope you will visit this very special place that has become a home to many species, and importantly for us all, lots of wolves. I hope on some visit that I'll get to meet those of you who have given us so much support.
May we all remain Untamed at heart. Blessings, love, and wolfie howls of gratitude!
