How Do I Order? You can submit an order inquiry on our website: https://shopsugaredup.com/contact-us/
Or, you can get in touch with us via email at [email protected] and include all information about your design,
colors, type of event and theme. Feel free to add any inspirational pictures from Pinterest, Google Images, etc. We will review your inquiry within 2-3 business days. At that time, we will let you know if we are available to take your order and work out design details and pricing with you. Once the details of your order are confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Agreement via email. This document must be signed and returned via email. A 50% deposit is required within 2 days of receiving your Order Confirmation Agreement to reserve your date. Payment is then due in full 2 weeks before your prearranged pickup date. (You may also make your payment in full at the same time as your initial deposit if you desire.) For payment, we accept Venmo (-Edmunds), or Zelle ([email protected]). Your order must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your pickup date or your order may be cancelled. Please set a calendar reminder for this date! Sugared Up Cookies is not responsible for issuing payment reminders.

What Is Your Turnaround Time? Turnaround time will vary based on the quantity of your order and the complexity of your design. Please give us as much advance notice as possible! Our production calendar often books weeks in advance. We reserve the right to deny your order if we are booked or if we cannot accommodate your wishes. We do not typically take custom orders within 2 weeks of major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Any custom orders accepted during these times are at the discretion of Sugared Up Cookies.

Allergen and Special Ingredient Requests
Even though we take custom orders, we do not offer cookies that are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, egg free or vegan. Sugared Up Cookies produces bakery goods that use wheat flour, butter, sugar, eggs, dairy, peanuts and/or tree nuts and we do our best not to cross contaminate work surfaces. However, if you are concerned about ANY type of allergy, we strongly advise against placing an order and/or consuming our cookies. We will gladly provide a copy of our full ingredient list upon request.

Pricing Information
Pricing for custom cookies starts at $69/dozen and may increase incrementally based on the intricacy of the design and the level of artistry involved to achieve your desired end result. Please contact us with your cookie theme and quantity and we can give you a quote for your creation. There is a 2 dozen minimum for each custom order, and custom cookies are only available in increments of 12.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy? You can cancel up to 14 days before your pickup date for a full deposit refund. Please note that if you place your order within two weeks or less of your pickup date, you waive your right to cancel and no refund will be issued. Your cookies can be kept frozen for up to three months without compromising the quality, giving you time to get well and reschedule your event!

How Will My Cookies Be Packaged? Each cookie comes individually packaged in a crystal clear, adhesive-sealed food-grade plastic bag. Due to California State Cottage Food Laws, each bag will have a small 2” round adhesive sticker on the back that says “Baked in a Home Kitchen” with our bakery name and information. Cookies come boxed in dozens in a bakery-style box with a clear window. Packaging is included in your price and is non-negotiable.

How Do I Get My Cookies? Orders will be available for pickup from our location in Chino, CA; We do not deliver. Be advised that in order to ensure the freshest, tastiest cookies, they should be picked up at the date and time specified in your Order Confirmation Agreement. Your pickup appointment will be prearranged upon final payment between customer and Sugared Up Cookies. PLEASE BE PROMPT! If you need to reschedule your pickup, at least 4 hours’ notice is required or we may be unavailable to hand over your cookies. You are encouraged to look at and approve your cookies before leaving the premises. Once the cookies are in your possession, Sugared Up Cookies is not responsible for any breakage or damage that may occur. Cookies that are not picked up within 2 days of your pickup date will be donated to a local family or organization and no refund will be issued. If you have any questions, please contact us any time:
