Here's how you fix anything in Network Marketing...

Let go of the BS and get back to building.

That means prospecting,
that means following up,
that means closing the deal,
that means onboarding someone,
that means helping them launch,
that means guiding them along the way.

That means so many things that most people nowadays simply just don't want to do anymore.

But this is how you fix it. You go back to building. Build as if you're new. Build as if you're new.

Stop relying on "I'm gonna make a couple of phone calls and people are gonna get everybody here."

Forget about it. Get back to building.

I’ve been thinking about something...

Network marketing is getting older.

Go to the events, look at the leadership, look around the room.

Where are the young entrepreneurs?

They want freedom, multiple streams of income, community and the ability to build from anywhere.

Sounds like our industry, right?

So why aren’t they coming?

Maybe the problem isn’t network marketing.

Maybe it’s how we’re doing network marketing.

What needs to change for the next generation to WANT to be part of this industry?

Every entrepreneur eventually asks: am I building an asset, or am I renting my time to someone else's asset?

A job rents your time. A lot of "businesses" secretly do too, if you don't own the customer relationship or the system underneath it.

Worth auditing what you actually own before you scale it further.

Nobody builds a real network, audience, or income stream in a 90-day sprint, no matter what the ads say.

The people I've watched actually succeed at this did unglamorous, repeatable things weekly for a year before it looked like anything from the outside.

The internet made distribution free. It also made trust the only scarce resource left.

Whatever you're building a product, a service, a team the actual asset you're accumulating is the number of people willing to act on your recommendation.

Protect that harder than you protect your revenue.

Network marketing doesn't work" is usually said by someone who tried it once, treated it like a hobby, and quit in month two.

Most businesses fail for the same reason regardless of model: undercapitalized effort, inconsistent activity, and quitting right before the compounding starts.

Most entrepreneurs already have these. Most just haven't pointed them at a second revenue stream that doesn't compete with their main one for time or attention.

Most people think "leverage" means hiring people or raising money.

The simplest form of leverage most entrepreneurs ignore: a network you didn't have to build from scratch, plugged into a product or system that already works.

It's not the only kind of leverage. It's just the one people dismiss fastest usually before they've actually looked at the numbers.
