Graduation days for are always bittersweet.

Today we celebrated the graduates of our 2026 Cohort 4 at Los Serranos Golf Club. While their classes may be over, the journey is just beginning. What encourages me most is seeing these Veterans embrace the game, support one another, and stay connected through golf.

Congratulations, graduates. We look forward to seeing you on the course for years to come.

Proud of this group. Their work ethic, focus, and willingness to learn was something special.

Every class reminds me that I’m learning too. They shape how I coach, how I communicate, and why I do this.

These are not just students… they are heroes.

Today at we had one of those days that reminds me why this game matters.

We hosted a Road2Pro session with our associates, and it was more than just a workshop. Our associates stepped into a session, not as instructors, but as participants. They experienced firsthand what the game can do for others. The connection, the vulnerability, the joy.

That matters.

After that, we sat down together. We talked. We shared. We listened. That part is just as important. Because growth in this profession does not only come from information, it comes from relationships.

This is what PGA Professionals do. We show up for each other. We invest in the next generation. We create environments where people can learn, feel supported, and find their path in the game.

If we are serious about growing the game, it starts here. With our associates. With intention. With experiences that stay with you long after the session ends.

Proud of everyone who showed up today and leaned into the process.
