This is the SRHS JROTC Official page! SRHS has one of the top JROTC programs in the Nation! Our unit has been recognized as an Honor Unit With Distinction, which is the highest title a JROTC program can recieve, by the Cadet Command of 4th Brigade! We run our program with high standards and with a goal for every cadet to fulfill the JROTC Motto, "Motivating young people to be better citizens". Thi

Great job to all the cadets who have been going in the groups to sell flag pins!!!!!! It is working incredibly well and the flag pins are selling fast that way! Try and volunteer for at least one trip...it really does work!!! And again...Fantastic job guys!!!!!

Well Cadets, I must regretfully inform you that Monday we shall once again enter the purgatory other wise known as school. As these distrubing times fall upon us, it is wise to know that we always have one bald, shining beacon to point and laugh at.

Our Freshman day camp begins tomorrow at 9am at the JROTC Range! Goes until 3!! Make sure you have a lunch packed and bathing suite and towel!!! Goes until Thursday :D hope to see everyone there!

OUTSTANDING JOB to all the cadets who showed up and participated in Farmers Day!!! We'd dare to say it was the best Farmers Day we have had in a long time! The Drill demos were great! A dedication was made to our 1SG who is leaving this year to pursue his goal and retire at the beach! Honored to have been a part of his last "HOORA" with South Rowan cadets! WE LOVE YOU 1SG! Farmers day is coming up! This Saturday, July 21st! Be at Alleys restaurant in China Grove at 6:15am!!! Our program will be presenting the colors and providing drill demonstrations! Also, the 82nd Airborne Division Chorus will be preforming! Come support our raiders and honor our nation!

Hope everyone is having a great summer! We have some up coming events we would like to remind everyone about!!!! Farmers day is July 21st! We want as many cadets as possible! We will meet at "Alleys" restaurant at 6:15am! We are having a prep day July 19th, 9am at South! If you plan on attending, you need to be there the 19th to get permission slips! Also, the freshman day camp is July 30-Aug 2nd, 9-3:30pm at the range! A permission slip for this will also be given out on the prep day! Make sure you pack a lunch and a bathing suite! Planning on having a great time! If you would like to attend either or both of these, feel free to comment or messages us! :D
